Upload the plugin ZIP
- Open Plugins > Add New
- Choose Upload Plugin
- Select the ZIP file
- Finish the installation

Open WooCommerce > Bexio Connect
- Have WooCommerce installed
- Open WooCommerce > Bexio Connect
- Enter the license key from the email
- Complete the setup wizard

The most important places directly in WooCommerce and wp-admin.
Order screen
The Bexio Connect box appears on the right side of each order.
WooCommerce > Orders
Open a specific order. The Bexio Connect box appears in the right sidebar.

Bexio Connect box on the order
This box shows linked Bexio records and the main sync diagnostics directly on the order.
Example: Right sidebar box with Contact, Order, Delivery, Invoice, Payment, Last sync, Last error
Contact / Order / Delivery / Invoice / Payment
These values show which Bexio records already exist. If links are available, they open the exact record in Bexio.
Example: Contact 2 / Order 6 (AU-00006) / Delivery 6 (LS-00006) / Invoice 6 (RE-00006)
Last sync / Last error
Check these two values first when an order did not sync as expected.
Example: Last sync 2026-03-19T17:07:06+00:00 / Last error -
Sync now / Download data dump
Sync now queues a normal retry. Download data dump saves the JSON payload for support or debugging.
Example: Sync now after fixing tax mapping; data dump before a support request
Other backend locations
Not everything sits on the order page.
Order action: Sync to Bexio
Can be triggered from the WooCommerce order actions menu for a single order.
Example: Order > Actions > Sync to Bexio
WooCommerce > Bexio Connect
This is where license, connection, rules, document logic, status sync, stock sync, product sync, reports, and notifications are configured.
