FAQ
How many stores does one license cover?
Starter and Pro each cover exactly one store. If you run two stores, you need two licenses. The license binds automatically on the first activation. Multiple stores or agency setups are handled on request.
How does the 30-day trial work?
The trial starts immediately after ordering. You can install and test the plugin normally. If it is not a fit, you do not pay anything after 30 days. In that case, the invoice simply stays open and access ends automatically.
How do you get started after ordering?
1. Install the plugin as a ZIP file in the WordPress backend under Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin. 2. Open WooCommerce -> Bexio Connect and enter the license key. 3. Follow the setup wizard and connect Bexio afterwards.
How do updates work?
You receive updates directly in the WordPress backend. As soon as a new version is available, the plugin can be updated there like any normal WordPress plugin. Active Starter and Pro licenses receive these updates normally.
How secure is the connection?
The connection uses the official Bexio login instead of a separate password form inside the plugin. Your Bexio password is neither entered into the plugin nor stored there. The actual order and accounting data stay in WooCommerce and Bexio. Bexio Connect handles connection, licensing, and, if enabled, technical support reports. Access can be disconnected again at any time, and configuration exports do not include OAuth tokens.
Why is Bexio Connect cheaper?
Because the scope is narrower. Bexio Connect is a focused WooCommerce-to-Bexio connector with leaner operations, direct sales, and no large project or agency model in the standard plans.
Which payment methods are available?
At the moment, invoice is the only payment method. More may follow later.
Which languages does the plugin support?
Currently German, English, French, and Italian.
How does support work?
Support is free and available directly by email. Starter can have longer waiting times depending on workload. Pro gets prioritized replies without waiting time.
